Frequently Asked Questions

  • The gym is $125 per hour and the cafe is $150 per hour. There is a required $100 cash deposit. Your

    deposit is refundable the next business day after your event as long as you are out on time and nothing

    is broken. There is a $100 flat fee for the use of the kitchen when renting the cafe.  Your balance must

    be paid in full two weeks before your event. You will need to come in to sign the agreement. You will

    be given one hour free of charge to set up. You will need to make sure that your decorations are taken

    down and other items you are not taking with you are in the trash when you leave, our custodial team

    will take care of the rest.

  • The pavilion is $150 for the day 9am -9pm. There is a $100 cash deposit to hold your date, which will be

    refunded the next business day after your event as long as you are out on time and nothing is broken.

    The area will need to be cleaned up and all trash in the trash bags/cans. The custodial team will take

    care of the rest.

  • There is no fee to join either of our senior centers.

  • The DeLaWarr and C&D Senior Centers is open Monday – Friday from 9-2pm.

  • Yes, there is free transportation to the senior center, you must call give the pick-up address to verify that you live in the transportation service zone.

  • Yes, there are several trips planned in state and out of state. Call the senior center for trip details.

  • They are open from 7am -2pm for walk ins. Their number is 302-397-8408.

  • The fitness center is open Monday – Friday from 7am -7:30pm, Saturday from 9am -12 noon, and closed on Sundays

  • The food pantry is open Monday from 8-11am and Tuesday from 3-7pm

  • The food distribution occurs 7 days a week at 12 noon in the center parking lot under the awning.

  • The boutique is open Monday and Tuesday from 8-11am and Wednesday from 4:30-6pm.

  • Yes, a hot meal is served to go every Wednesday from 4-5pm. Pick up at the back dock.
