Martial Arts & Sciences

The University of Martial Arts and Science Goju is a system that provides for a total body workout. It is a system that utilizes the principals of the following self-defense styles: Goju, Shotokan, Jujitsu, and Kung Fu. The overall movement of the self-defense system is based on speed. Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, youth 6-7:30 PM, Adult 7:30 to 9:30 PM
