First State Community Action Agency
First State Community Action Agency, a social service program offering first time homebuyer services such as budget counseling, credit counseling, mortgage default, reverse mortgage counseling. Another program is Promoting Safe and Stable families. This program helps families with children under the age of 18 connect to community resources. FSCA also sponsors a senior companion program (seniors helping seniors).
