Delaware Prevention Network Alliance
The Delaware Prevention Network Alliance is an alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD), violence, and teen pregnancy prevention program. The current substance abuse prevention model is called ALL STARS. DPNA has been a successful initiative since 1987, originally funded by a Center for Substance Abuse Prevention Federal grant.
