The classes are sponsored by the New Castle County Vo Tech School District and have been at Rose Hill Community Center for twenty-four years. We offer Adult Basic Education for those students with less than an eight grade education. We offer a course in preparing for the GED exam. The classes are free and books and supplies are provided. Classes meet at 4L30 to 8:30 PM on Monday and Tuesday evenings. You may enroll in class anytime, and our door is always open.
